Winter Session 2 athlete training - January 6 - March 14
The complete athlete training package for athletes of all ages. Our performance training systems will send you into spring ready to compete and/or help keep you strong in-season!
Offered in three packages:
- 3x/week: $600
- 2x/week: $400
- In-season or 1x/week: $350
- 3:30 - 5:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 5:15-7:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 5:30-7:00 PM Tuesday and Thursday
- Or combination of those times!
Youth training (Ages 8-14)
Our youth training program will help young athletes move more efficiently, help create body awareness, and help keep our future athletes healthy.

- 1x/week: $250
- 7:00 - 8:00 PM Monday and Wednesday
- 3:30 - 4:30 PM Tuesday and Thursday
Our small group training for adults is a very popular training model. Suitable for beginners or experienced former athletes, our adult training will leave you huffing and puffing but eager for more.
Available as a monthly subscription or on a class-by-class basis:
- 3x/week: $185 per month
- 2x/week: $165 per month
- 1x/week: $100 per month
- Monday: 6:30-7:30 AM, 12:00-1:00 PM, 6:00-7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:30-7:30 AM, 12:00-1:00 PM, 6:00-7:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30-7:30 AM, 12:00-1:00 PM. 6:00-7:00 PM
Personal training is the most flexible option. Work directly with our coaches in a 1-on-1 setting to crush your goals.

- 5 Pack: $400 ($80/session)

Nutrition is a staple at Worcester SP. Ask any of our athletes and they will tell you that they would not have gotten the same benefit from their training if it were not for the included nutrition coaching.
We are excited to offer this same nutrition coaching as a stand-alone service for people of all ages.
